On Saturday 13th September 2025, I am offering a limited amount of amateur and professional photographers the opportunity to add this amazing location to their wedding portfolios! One of Hertfordshires best venues and in fact one of the best in the UK, this location will wow your prospective couples once you have these images in your portfolio. We have an amazing real life model couple who are lovely to work with and SO photogenic.

£75 pp deposit to secure your space, with the final balance payable 28 days before event.

Our Models 

Darcie and Matt are a real life married couple and both have extensive modelling experience, including for bridal workshops. Darcie and Matt will be wearing modern bridal attire and Darcie will have a bouquet.

Our location:

The location for this workshop is stunning, evoking a mood of the grand French palaces. 

• Great Hall - a huge space with painted walls and beautiful doorways
• Balcony - a stunning space above the great hall
• Stairs - stunning dark wood and amazing wall paintings
• Dining room - painted blue with huge windows and some incredible chandeliers

What shots will I be able to take?

We will be taking the following shots on the day, giving you an iconic selection of images to take away:

• Bridal prep in the bridal suite with dressing gown and champagne
• Groom portraits in the bridal suite
• Couple shots on the stairs, balcony, dining room and in the great hall

What lighting is available?

We will have flash set up for you in the larger spaces but you may prefer to use natural or ambient light

How will the session work?

You will be shooting in pairs on rotation and it will be timed. No paparazzi style shooting will be permitted. This means you get to interact and guide our couple to get the shots you really want.

Is this a taught workshop?

No, it is a portfolio builder. Advice on posing your models will be given if needed but otherwise it will be self directed. It is expected that you will be able to confidently use your camera and know your way around the menus.
